"We had 2 plumbers in to look at the plumbing problems we had. One plumber recommeded by your organisation and 1 not. Although Paul gave us by far the more expensive quote (£240 - £270 as opposed to £90) he also explained that far more extensive work was required to solve the problems long term.
It soon became clear that the other plumber's suggestions would not have resolved the problems thoroughly and probably have meant that another plumber would have been required at some point further down the line.
Paul did an excellent job: the toilet now flushes properly. The kitchen sink no longer takes ages to drain and the bath taps now work! For everything he did we felt we got a good job -done at a fair price"
