"Hi Alison - Steve called this evening and repaired my loose tile.   Checked the loft but couldn't find signs of birds/furry animals.  Thinks there may possibly be a birds nest between tiles and inner membrane.  A bit of a mystery in fact.  Said if noise continues, ring him again. Found him very helpful and pleasant to deal with"
