• We are over the moon with the work Alan did for us converting an attic side room to an en-suite. He kept us informed right through the project and nothing was a problem, even when we changed a few things, added a few things and a few ‘unforseens’ cropped up. The project came in on time and to budget and Alan and his team were very pleasant, discreet, cheerful and respectful at all times. Lovely finish. Lovely job. Lovely team.

• Alan was totally reliable from the start. He has a very down to earth approach, provides good solutions to problems and nothing ever seemed to faze him. His communication was excellent and he was very patient. The job came in on time, on cost and was superb. What more can I say?

• I had my bathroom altered to become a shower room and a washbasin etc. installed in a separate toilet. It was a very big job involving complete wall tiling in both the shower room and toilet as well as a connecting lobby. The installation of the wash basin was also a complicated job as the wiring and plumbing work had to be carried across a small linking corridor. Alan also put in a new ceiling and lighting in both rooms. As I was in hospital at the time Alan kept in touch by telephone, keeping me informed of every move. He was the only installer who showed me a portfolio of his work and discussed with me what I actually wanted and not what he thought I should have as one other man did. He is a diamond and I would recommend him whole heartedly.
