• Mr Kirby did a wonderful job identifying where our leak was coming from when previous plumber basically wanted to knock the house down in order to find the cause. Once he found the problem he was very efficient in giving us a quote which also includes the jobs of tiling so I didn’t have to find another person to do it. When we agreed on the date for him to come back he was very quick in fixing the problem and he originally quoted 4 days to the job but all in all it took him 2.5 days.

• Andy visited when he said he would and stayed with the job during the tap purchase. He also came back when we had a problem.
